About Me

I’m Donna Barbier, a REALTOR® and Broker-Associate with Solid Rock REALTORS®, and my heart for real estate goes far beyond transactions. For me, it has always been about people, purpose, and service. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions people make, and I believe my role is to bring clarity to the process, advocate fiercely for my clients, communicate consistently, and steward every detail with integrity. My goal is simple: to help my clients move forward feeling informed, supported, confident, and genuinely cared for.

Professionally, I bring a strong foundation of education, leadership, and industry involvement to every client and transaction I serve. I am a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) graduate, a Performance Management Network (PMN) designee, and a graduate of Leadership OAR Class of 2025 through the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®. I am also a licensed REALTOR® instructor, allowing me to combine my passion for real estate with my love for teaching, equipping, and developing other professionals in our industry.

At Solid Rock REALTORS®, I serve as the Agent Success Coach, where I have the privilege of onboarding, training, and mentoring REALTORS® as they build strong foundations for successful careers. Beyond my brokerage, I serve the industry at the local and state levels, including service on the MLS Rules & Regulations Committee and representing the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® on the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. I am passionate about professionalism, education, strong industry standards, and helping shape a real estate community that serves both REALTORS® and consumers well.

Leadership is also an important part of who I am. I am honored to serve as the 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Tulsa Network and as a 2026 National Conference Ambassador for Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Through leadership development, education, mentorship, and initiatives such as the LeadHERship Series, my heart is to equip and elevate professionals to lead with purpose, grow with confidence, and make a meaningful impact in their businesses, communities, and industry.

Whether I am sitting across the table from a client, teaching a classroom of REALTORS®, mentoring a new agent, or serving alongside industry leaders, the foundation remains the same: serve people well. I’m known for being organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and deeply communicative. I educate my clients so they can make confident decisions, advocate for them with professionalism and grace, and treat every home and every transaction with the care I would want for my own family.

For me, real estate isn’t simply about getting the job done. It’s about doing it well, doing it right, and serving with heart through a spirit of excellence.
